- Linz od Review added: 2018.10.24★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This started off as a pleasant experience but then rapidly deteriorated when I asked a member of staff for the biggest piece of flapjack (or similar) as I was sharing it with a friend. She obviously wasn't happy about this request and was even unhappier when I politely questioned her about her choice of piece she gave us. The duration of our lunch became increasingly uncomfortable as she shared her discontent with her colleagues, resulting in covert whispering and dirty looks from all serving staff. We were astounded that such a benign request was met with such a surly and indignant response, which was made even worse by it spreading to staff we'd had no contact with. All in all a very unpleasant experience.
